2. Delivery Methods & Costs: All our items are sent 2nd Class post up to 1Kg. Anything over 1kg will be sent Special Delivery within the UK, or by a courier of our choice. If you are outside the UK, please call or email sales@thenaturallarder.com
we will quote you for delivery depending on where you live. We reserve the right to change delivery charges in the event of an increase in fuel supplements. We reserve the right to refuse sale of goods. Please note that after despatch, any changes to the delivery address will incur additional charges. We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. If you are not sure of the address we would highly recommend you check before proceeding with your order.
3. Payment: Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on our website at the time you place your order. All goods shall be paid for in full at the time the order is placed.
4. Local Taxes & Duties: Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the shopper in the country of destination. The Natural Larder is not able to be held responsible for any delays in overseas delivery due to collections of these duties or taxes, or for any delays at Customs.
5. Value Added Tax (VAT): Where applicable, VAT is included in the cost of each product and the cost of delivery.

7. Cancellation of Orders: Customers have the right to cancel their order without reason by informing us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, and returning the goods to us. In this case they will receive a full refund less any charge for any items which have been unsealed or consumed. Refund will normally take place within 30 days of written notice of cancellation once the goods have been returned to us suitably packaged. All returned items must be in excellent condition. Notification of order cancellation must be in writing. We strive to ensure that all our goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. We do not exchange food, beverage or any other item that has come into contact with the person. If you do not return the goods as required we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. You have the right of cancellation (see above) of all orders save as regards special items/orders (i.e. where goods supplied have not been as website specification but have been supplied or manufactured to your own special request or specification requirements) where there is no right of cancellation.
8. Unforeseen Circumstances: While every effort will be made to meet customers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of Yorkshire Deli.
9. Damaged or Faulty Goods: Customer satisfaction is paramount to us at The Natural Larder and we are committed to providing an excellent service. We take the utmost care to ensure that all packages leave here in perfect condition. However, sometimes things can go wrong for reasons outside our control, and if your package has been damaged in transit or we have made an error or the goods are faulty, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt and if appropriate we will exchange them. We will only send a replacement product once the damaged items have been returned. Unfortunately, once products have been used or removed from their original packaging, we are unable to exchange them. Please keep your proof of purchase. All goods shall be checked by you or on your behalf upon delivery and any damage or shortages notified to us. We will not be liable in respect of any damage or shortages not notified to us within 3 working days of delivery.
10. Complaints: Complaints should be made in writing to the contact address given within 3 days of receipt of goods, or in the case of complaints about non-receipt of goods, not less than 28 days after ordering. Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt, and will be dealt with as speedily as possible. If a complaint proves to be vexatious or frivolous then you may be liable to pay us for our costs and expenses in investigating the complaint.
11. Substitutions: Products and packaging are subject to change without prior notice. In this event, or if a product is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute a replacement which will be of equal or higher value. Please inform us at the time of ordering if you are not willing to accept substitutions.
12. Data Protection: The Natural Larder is compliant with the Data Protection Act. When you order, we will receive personal or business details which enable us to process your order. We will not pass your details on to any third party organisation and will treat your details with complete confidentiality. We may occasionally send you promotional material relating to Yorkshire Deli and its associated businesses only. If you do not wish to receive such material then you may contact us by emailing us at info@thenaturallarder.com
and we will remove your details from our mailing list. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold about you by contacting us and if you find any inaccuracies we will delete or amend them. See also our privacy statement.
13. Security: The security of your online purchase is of paramount importance to us. All transactions take place on a secure server using the latest available security technology. However if you are still not happy about disclosing your Credit Card or Personal Details over the Internet, feel free to telephone or email us using the numbers on our contact page. You can instantly see that a page is being viewed in secure mode as the URL (address) will start with "https://" instead of the usual "http://". The extra "s" stands for secure; this can also be validated as secure pages have a small yellow icon displayed in most browser windows.
14. Copyright: Any material found within the pages of this site, including text or images, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial use. You hereby agree not to adapt, alter or create any derivative work from any of the material contained in this site. In addition, the material cannot be used for any other purpose other than for your own personal and non-commercial use.

Use of Site: You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party, such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.
16. Guarantees: No warranty is given that the functions contained in the material in this site will be uninterrupted or error free; that defects will be corrected; that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses; bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials.
17. Liability: In no event will Yorkshire Deli be liable, without limitation for any damages, indirect or consequential damages, arising from use or loss of use, data, or profits, whether in action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use of the site. Yorkshire Deli reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
18. Formation of Contracts:These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by The Natural Larder (the Supplier - “we”, “our” or “us”.). No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order. Once we do so, there is a binding legal contact between you and us. It is your responsibility to ensure that correct goods for your purpose are ordered.
19. Description and price of the goods: The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on our web site at the time you place your order. The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, we will if requested, refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. Every effort is made to ensure that our prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. In addition to the price you will be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods, as shown on our website.
20. Title and ownership: Title and ownership to the goods shall remain with us until they have been paid for in full. Subject to the foregoing, you will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to you. We shall be entitled at any time to recover all or part of the goods (at our option) for which you have not paid (e.g. if a credit card payment is rejected or recalled) and you give express permission to allow us and/or our employees or agents to enter premises where the goods are with all such manpower and equipment as may be needed to remove and recover the same and you will be liable to pay all our costs and expenses in this regard.
21. General: The waiver by us of any breach or default of these Terms shall not be construed as a continued waiver of that breach nor as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. If any clause or sub-clause of these Terms is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable the validity of the other clauses and sub-clauses of these Terms shall not be affected and they shall remain in full force and effect. We may assign novate or subcontract all or part of this Contract and you shall be deemed to consent to any novation. This contract is personal to you and it may not be assigned by you. Nothing in this contract is intended to or will grant any right to any third party to enforce any terms of this contract whether express or implied. We may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.
22. Jurisdiction: These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English Law, and the English Courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract. Nothing herein affects your statutory rights.
